We will provide you with a friendly reminder to schedule your residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing Precision Tune-ups yearly, based on your Contract. Pre-scheduling Precision Tune-ups ensures you save the most money on your energy bills and can rely on a safer, more efficient system.

As a valued member of the BEAR CARE CLUB you receive the following benefits:

  • Precision Tune-up: Performed once per contract year as per your applicable Schedule/Contract
  • Discount: All BEAR CARE CLUB members will receive a 10% discount on all repair parts and repair labor charges associated with your applicable Schedule/Contract. (NOTE: Installation of new equipment does not qualify for this discount)
  • Preferential Service: BEAR CARE CLUB members will receive priority service before unbooked non-club clients
  • Reduced Call-Out Fee: BEAR CARE CLUB members enjoy a significantly reduced Call-out fee, compared to non-members and the Call-out fee will not increase during after-hours calls (unlike non-members)
  • Save Money: Studies indicate that regular service can reduce energy bills as much as 30% and increase the longevity of your equipment
  • Peace of Mind: Preventative maintenance keeps your system running at peak, trouble free efficiency. A completed, signed checklist will be provided so you know the status of your valuable equipment

General Conditions

Precision Tune-up Scheduling: Members will be contacted to schedule their annual precision tune-up within 12 months of sign-up date. Precision tune-ups will be provided between the months of February and August and scheduled during Bruin’s Plumbing & Heating Ltd. regular working hours Monday through Friday (except holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Repairs: Any repairs required beyond those provided in your membership will be brought to your attention and upon approval, will be completed and invoiced. Bruin’s Plumbing & Heating Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay, failure to discover a condition requiring repair or replacement, or because of any performance under this membership.

Transferable: If you move within our market area, please notify Bruin’s Plumbing & Heating Ltd. to make us aware. You may wish to transfer your membership to your new home, or it can be transferred to the new owner in your existing home.

Pre-inspection: Bruin’s Plumbing & Heating Ltd. reserves the right to pre-inspect your residential mechanical systems prior to acceptance in the BEAR CARE CLUB. Equipment must successfully pass a pre-inspection, be free of deficiencies, and be in good working condition prior to acceptance into the program. If not, the customer will be required to pay for repairs prior to acceptance. Equipment 15 years of age and older may not be accepted and/or renewed in the BEAR CARE CLUB, as it may be considered past its’ expected lifespan.

This membership shall be in effect upon payment and acceptance by both parties and is based on a one-year (12 month) membership. Membership fees are due monthly and are non-refundable. Membership in good standing will renew automatically on an annual basis unless written cancellation notice has been received by either party within thirty (30) days of the renewal date.

Cancellation by either party requires thirty (30) days written notice and membership fees are non-refundable.
