Bruin’s Plumbing & Heating
Heating & Furnaces FAQs
How do you ensure projects stay on schedule and under budget?
We utilize professional project management software and dedicated site foremen to track progress in real-time. By leveraging our long-standing relationships with suppliers, we secure materials early to avoid supply chain delays and keep the “Bear That Cares” promise of reliability.
How does Bruin’s approach safety and liability on large-scale job sites?
We maintain a rigorous safety program and hold COR certification. On new builds, our dedicated safety officers ensure every team member adheres to site-specific protocols, minimizing risk and ensuring the project remains in good standing with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety.
Do you handle the full mechanical package, including Gasfitting and Sheet Metal?
Yes. We provide a “turnkey” mechanical solution. By managing plumbing, gas, and HVAC under one roof, we eliminate the communication gaps that often occur when hiring multiple sub-contractors, leading to a more cohesive build.
What is the maximum project scale Bruin’s can accommodate as a Mechanical Contractor?
We have the bonding capacity and manpower to handle mid-to-large-scale mechanical contracts across Alberta. Our history includes comprehensive mechanical scopes for schools, government buildings, and large industrial warehouses.

Why is it important to have regular maintenance on my home comfort system?
You wouldn’t buy a brand-new car and expect to never have to put air in the tires, change the oil and check out any unusual noises, would you? In the same way that an automobile requires periodic maintenance for optimal performance, a home comfort system should be regularly inspected by a qualified technician.
