Bruin’s Employee Foundations

This onboarding process is part of your first day and helps you get familiar with everything you need to know as a new member of our team. You’ll go through company policies, safety and privacy information, complete your tax and medical forms, and learn about things like pay schedules, benefits, and time off. We’ll also walk you through how the company is structured, what we value, and some of the fun things we do — like our social events and staff celebrations.

** Orientation day is initially at the expense of the employee. Hours spent completing the orientation must be recorded on a time sheet, which will only be paid out to the employee following one month of employment.
